I had ordered 2 Rene coats in a 12 and 14.
-The 14 was massive.
- The 12 was oversized and that was ok but the weight of the coat was far too heavy and the raw edges were already fraying in places on both coats, very close to the seam stitching. I returned them along with a couple of M&S parcels. M&S sent emails to say my parcels had arrived and a refund processed within a week. I wasn’t expecting any of the returns to be that fast but still hadn’t heard from All Saints and almost a week had passed since the return had arrived according to the tracking.
I contacted customer care. I received an email today, stating that All Saints has extended returns to 60 days, which made no difference to my situation and that my parcel had arrived at the first destination but would be moving on to another one.
I was informed that a return can take 3 weeks to process. Had I known this I wouldn’t have ordered.
I used to order from All Saints regularly and there have been quality issues and a previous sale purchase Lia Mac coat turned up rolled up and jammed in a bag looking like someone had worn it so I’m wary of ordering sale purchases with the exception of a pair of boots that I ordered in the last sale so the one star is for that. Since then, if I’ve bought any AL products, I’ve mainly ordered from John Lewis as they have a straightforward return policy in a reasonable timescale.

A nightmare experience

Good morning,
Over 45 days ago, I ordered two leather jackets. Upon arrival, they were damaged and the wrong sizes. Initially, I reached out to AllSaints several times through the website, due to their telephone number not working. However, they never responded until May or addressed my concern. I used their prepaid shipping label and over a month later, they told me the shipping had not updated and to dispute the charge via paypal. They said they would liaise with my payment provider to help me. However, they are now fighting the dispute, which none of this was my fault. They told me they would file a claim with ups and had me fill out a form, which was for nothing. I no longer have the items and it has been close to 2 months. I want to be refunded, as this has been a horrible experience and i am now left without the items or my refund. I have all of the emails of them telling me to dispute the charge, that they would liaise with my payment provider and that they were refusing to help me through email.

I made the mistake of buying their t…

I made the mistake of buying their t shirts twice! (My bad, I know!). After a couple of washes on 30 degrees, small rips appeared in the fabric. Off to the bin! All of them. Don’t waste you money.

NO Stars from me!!

NO Stars from me!!! I'm most disappointed and extremely frustrated!
I thought All Saints was a quality brand. But when the zipper on their $1,000 leather jacket broke, (after only 6 or so times being worn) they were completely unwilling to do anything to rectify.

Tried to Charge me to refund a damaged dress

I ordered a dress from AllSaints and when it arrived the dress had many pulls and loose threads. I emailed customer service about it and got a generic response saying I would have to pay to return the dress even though it arrived in poor condition. When I responded complaining that I shouldn't pay for this when the issue is on their end I got a different equally not helpful generic response. I honestly don't think customer service even reads those emails.

Very slow to refund (3 Weeks) and quality issues.

Warning: DO NOT SHOP ONLINE.

Warning: DO NOT SHOP ONLINE. They sent me a package with one missing item. The package was slightly damaged but nothing out of the ordinary. After they made me fill out a form and wait a week, they notified me that they won’t proceed with a refund or reshipment. I don’t know what to do at this point—call the police? Sue for a mere $500 leather jacket? They know that the customer has limited options so they take advantage of it in order to avoid taking responsibility. Pathetic and unethical.

Return refused

I bought a leather jacket from allsaints. I returned it and wanted to exchange for a different size and because the zipper was damaged.
They refused my return claiming that the jacket was “used” and sent me a picture of several hairs on the jacket lining as proof. There was no damage. Only a few hairs.
Unbelievable.

Terrible, racist treatment at AllSaints Bluewater

Overall we have had TERRIBLE experiences at this store and have had rude - seemingly racially motivated - encounters with two different staff members.
During the first incident, we were waiting in the queue to pay and there were a few people in front of us. There were two members of staff at the tills, one male and one female. Everyone in front of us in the queue was served straight away. However, when we approached a till (which was being manned by the female member of staff) she walked off (almost instantly upon seeing us) saying that she couldn’t serve us at this time and that we should wait to be served by the male staff member on the other till.
Naturally, we assumed she was busy or had been called away to do something else but we watched as she went to stand outside the basically empty changing room area and began gossiping with a colleague who was standing nearby.
Not only had we been waiting in the queue for a fair amount of time at this point, it was also very clear that she was doing absolutely nothing of importance. She had made a very conscious decision to refuse to serve us. We did eventually get served by the male member of staff on the remaining till but this was after an extensive wait.
Ultimately, we decided to let this incident go because we thought it was a one-off. Yet, we went back to the store again about a week later and we had yet another awful experience.
We were waiting in the queue to get a refund and a Caucasian family were at the till getting a refund, just in front of us. This refund was taking a while to get processed because the family was going round the store trying scarves on and looking in mirrors (we presumed they must’ve wanted an exchange instead of a refund.)
This till was being manned by a male member of staff (the same male staff member in the previous story, who is always really friendly). However, because the queue was building up, this male staff member called over a female colleague to help speed things up.
Originally, this female member of staff thought she was going to continue to process the exchange/refund for the Caucasian family and she called them over to the till. However, the male staff member called them back and said he would continue serving them and instead, she should serve us (the next customers in the queue).
Yet, when she called us over, she briefly looked at us and suddenly said that she ‘couldn’t process refunds on this till and we needed to wait to be served at the other till.’ Even though she had been willing to process the refund for the Caucasian family?!
We made some passive aggressive remarks as we walked back to our place in the queue. Then suddenly, after hearing these remarks, she called us back to the till and was very ‘apologetic’ saying she could in fact, process our refund. Obviously, she had heard our passive aggressive remarks and was worried that she was going to be reported.
Overall, our experiences at this store have been awful. Racially motivated or not, the way we were treated was incredibly unpleasant and awful compared to the other excellent customer service we receive in other shops at Bluewater. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.
SADLY even though they wrote their generic reply below and I sent them an email. They did NOThING . Disgraceful! Will never shop there again!
